Everything was perfect, I recommend. This was a nice stay during my visit. Also, location was marvellous, relatively close to a historical square. The hotel was in a busy area, just next door to the Karlsplatz and the centre of the town. The room was spotless and functional with electric fan and I enjoyed the functional-style building.

Fairly large and fairly clean hotel, location was great and absolutely perfect adjacent to the main shopping street and city Center, the Munich Central train station and a good Italian restaurant.
